Work continues with all of the trades on site and in all areas of the site. Most of the plumbing works (water / sewerage / site drainage and underfloor heating) are complete, the electrical works are well underway, the HVAC systems are entering the final stages of installation and the false ceiling works are nearly complete.
The progress in most areas has meant that the finishes can now start and this week the carpenter started installing the fitted wardrobes on the first and second floor. The tiler is also working away to fit the stone tiles to the 15 bathrooms in the building!
Next week will see some major cosmetic additions with the arrival of the new front doors and the slips and trims for all of the windows which will complete the appearance of the facade of the building. If all goes according to plan, we can expect the front of the building to be revealed in 2 weeks time!
