Progress on site has ramped up considerably following the Christmas break and it is now full steam ahead to get the finishes underway. This week the stonework for the main bathrooms arrived and the tiler will shortly start installing them. The plasterer has finished the main interior works and the services are largely installed, allowing the contractor doing the false ceilings to get underway. Insulation and rendering of outside walls is underway currently.
The homes are fully "SMART" and the cabling has now all been installed and the electrician is starting to install the mains boards while the plumber is getting started on installing the water heating systems.
Out in the garden the landscaper is putting the final touches to the garden layouts and selecting the plantings and trees.
Finally, the garage is currently being painted. There are some last connections to mains drainage and the pool circulation system being made and then the concrete floor will be poured and painted with rubberised paint, finishing the garage.
