Starting to see real progress on the background works that will make this building supremely comfortable. The underfloor heating is being installed on the second floor - hydraulic in the main living areas, electric in the bathrooms, (allowing them to work independently) and on the first floor the walls are being plastered. On the ground floor the mechanical and electrical services are being installed.
The structural supports have been set out for the garage and very shortly the remaining section of the concrete for the garage will be poured. Work continues on installing the electric Velux windows in the roof and soon the frames for the windows on the facade will arrive. Every day is a step closer to revealing what these amazing homes will look like when they are finished.
